On an International Day of Disabled Persons, pianist Valerian Shiukashvili held a concert at Marjanishvili State Dramatic Theatre for the children with limited abilities by the initiative of Tbilisi Public School №31.

Valerian Shiukashvili, along with the ensemble “Gogochurebi”, performed folk and classical music. Compositions of Georgian and foreign composers were played as well.

Little musicians took part in the concert as well: Children’s ensemble “Patara Georgika”, “Children’s Shoir”, grand-aided students of the Art Academy – Lile Lekvinadze and Ilia Shermadini.

Companies “Aversi” and “Barambo” presented around 100 invited children with special gifts.

Organizers of the concert as well as the campaign of the third December were: Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, Principal of Public School №31, Marina Nizharadze, Municipality of Didube-Chughureti and MP – Andro Alavidze and Aleko Nikolaishvili.
