The Prime Minister’s meeting with school principals
Prime Minister of Georgia Nika Gilauri and Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Dimitri Shashkini met with the school principals and summed up the School Leaving Exams 2011-2012. The meeting was attended by those schools principals whose school students have showed the highest results in the exams.

New openings for “Summer Job” program announced
On June 4, registration for the summer employment program “Summer Jobs” will start again on www.summerjob.ge. The registration process will begin from 9.am on the same day. BA students have opportunity to choose their job of interest out of 1500 positions, in advance.

The best teachers were awarded
From a new academic year, up to 250 teachers will get a monthly salary with 1000 GEL. These certified teachers passed additional exam in Integrated English and Computer. 200 Socially Vulnerable Students Started Studying at Vocational Center “Phazisi”

The Bank of Georgia will issue 25 000 plastic salary cards for the participants of the Summer Job program. At the same time, the students can use this card while performing different bank operations in Georgia and abroad.

A New school in Chokhatauri
The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and Agency for Educational and Scientific Infrastructure Development under Ministry has constructed a new school in the village of Kvabgha, Chokhatauri. Deputy Minister, Nodar Surguladze visited the newly built school.
