61 applications were submitted to the Ministry from Kakheti Region. 28 applicants have submitted additional documents as a result of receiving deficiency letters from the Ministry. With Kakheti Region, the Commission has finished substantial hearing of applications submitted to the Ministry from the regions. Each applicant shall receive decision of the Commission. Later, the Commission  will start substantial studying of the applications submitted from Tbilisi.

830 applications were submitted to the Ministry, initial hearing process is finished at present. Substantial review of 113 applications was held, 12 of them were proved to be the case of dismissal on political grounds and another 15 – the case of unlawful dismissal. 

The Special Commission is composed of the representatives from the Ministry of Educaiton, Civil Society Organizations and the Office of Public Defender prepares conclusions of recommendative character for the Ministry as long as the Ministry makes decisions only in case of proof or denial of the fact of dismissal.
