The program aims financial support for the teachers and administrative-technical personnel residing in the occupied territories.
It is utterly important to encourage the school staff in the occupied territories, who despite the requirements of occupational and separation regime, try to facilitate spread of quality general education in accordance with the current national educational plan and manage to conduct learning process with Georgian textbooks.
Based on the lists of beneficiaries provided in written form by The Ministry of Education and Culture of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia and administrations of South Ossetia, the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia provides financial (social) help quarterly.
