Deputy Ministers
of Education and Science of Georgia are meeting with the teachers of various
regions frequently. The meetings are Question & Answer based, where the
teachers have the opportunity to get answers to all of their questions. This
time, the Deputy Minister – Ms. Lia Gigauri with the other Ministry
representatives met with the teachers and principals of Senaki, Abasha and
Khobi public schools.
The Lia Gigauri
briefly talked about the education system and its novelties, whereas most of
the time was compromised for the questions coming from the school
representatives. Most of the questions were related to the teachers'
professional development, career advancement scheme and future projects in
infrastructure development. Moreover, all the questions were answered by the
Deputy Minister, as well as by the the representatives of National Center for
Teacher Professional Development and Educational Infrastructure Development
Agency.
