On September 22, the Deputy Minister of Education, Teimuraz Murgulia, and Ambassador of America to Georgia His Majesty Ian Kelly and the Head of Georgian Representative Office of the Millennium Challenge Corporation, Jener Edelman, opened the ceremony. Within the scope of the Public School Infrastructure Development Project of Millennium Challenge Fund Account 30 public schools were fully rehabilitated and equipped with natural laboratories in 2016-2017 in Mtskheta-Mtianeti, Shida Kartli, Samtskhe-Javakheti and Racha-Lechkhumi regions. In total, 70 thousand square meters of space was rehabilitated and the study environment has improved for more than 10,000 students.
