The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia expresses grief and utmost sympathy over the death of the Secretary General of the National Federation of Taekwondo, the Honorable athlete - Vladimer Akhalkatsi. Moreover, Vladimer Akhalkatsi had been the Secretary General of the Boxing National Federation for years, as well as the Executive Committee member of the same federation. He has received the title of an Honored Athlete in Sports and was ranked as the General of Police of Georgia.
