The main directions of the planned educational reforms
were discussed during the meeting of the Minister of Education, Science,
Culture and Sport of Georgia - Mikheil Batiashvili and Deputy Minister Irine
Abuladze with the Head of EU Delegation to Georgia - Karl Harcell.
The Minister noted that development of the education system is the country's
most important priority and it is very important to have the support the EU
representation in this regard.
On the other hand, Karl Harcell expressed his readiness to participate in the
process of reforming the education system in Georgia. The sides agreed on
future cooperation.
