Organized by the Ministry of Education and Science, the last vocational education meeting in 2016 held by the National Professional Council was held with the new members, chaired by the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia - Aleksandre Jejelava.

The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia – Aleksandre Jejelava, has presented his views this time to the international and non-governmental organizations, and to the representatives of the Georgian Teachers Association, as well as to the experts in Educational field.

The first deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia – Ketevan Natriashvili, has summarized the results achieved in vocational education for the year of 2016, in collaboration with the representatives of the European Union, during the "Employment, Vocational Education and Training Coordinating Council" session. 

The National Center for the Educational Quality Enhancement held a meeting with the students regarding the summary of the vocational reforms, as well as the important issues and future reform plans and strategies, which is crucial for the modular educational programs at all stages.

The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia – Aleksandre Jejelava visited and inspected Telavi Flight-Training Base – “Mimino” of Georgian University of Aviation equipped with modern infrastructure and technical appliances. Additionally, the Minister also attended the students’ training session.
