To prevent the spread of Covid-19, owing to the decision of the Coordinating Council, from the beginning of February, mandatory testing of teachers and school administration representatives in public and private schools throughout Georgia is underway. After 2 weeks of intensive testing, 0.5% of Covid-19 teachers and school staff across the country were confirmed.
Organized by the LEPL Educational and Scientific Infrastructure Development Agency of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, all public schools in Georgia are equipped with the necessary resources for virus prevention. Schools have adequate supplies for the entire school year.
