During his working visit to Armenia, the Minister of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, Giorgi Amilakhvari, visited the Mesrop Mashtots Research Institute of Ancient Manuscripts in Yerevan, known as Matenadaran. There, he familiarized himself with the institute's activities and toured the exhibition of Armenian manuscripts.

According to the decision made by the Minister of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, Giorgi Amilakhvari, starting from the 2024-2025 school year, funding for students enrolled in the Georgian language preparation educational program (1+4) with state educational grants has been doubled.

The Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia has established the procedures and timelines for registering first graders in public schools for the 2024-2025 academic year. 

Registration for the Unified National Exams of 2024, the Common Master's Exam, and the Student Grant Competition will commence on March 4 at 10:00 a.m. and conclude on April 4 at 6:00 p.m. 

The Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia has established the registration and examination schedule for individuals seeking to complete classes I-XII through external study. Interested individuals can register for the exam from February 27 to March 13, 2024, with exams scheduled to take place from March 18 to March 29, 2024. 

The Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia has drafted a new document outlining the national goals of general education. This document aims to cultivate a school environment that fosters a national-patriotic spirit, personal development, respect for the institution of family, adherence to internationally recognized universal ethical principles, and democratic values.
