To prevent the spread of COVID-19, and based on the instructions and recommendations issued by the Prime Minister-led Interagency Coordination Council, the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, gives its citizens the opportunity to send their official correspondence, and any relevant applications to the Ministry’s official email address: doc.info@mes.gov.ge.
Please note, the submitted documents must comply with the requirements of the General Administrative Code of Georgia and Order N325150 of the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport as decreed on April 1, 2020. In particular:
According to Article 78 (1) of the General Administrative Code of Georgia, the application must be in writing and include the following:
A) the name of the administrative authority to which the individual applies to,
B) the identity and the address of the applicant,
C) the request/enquiry,
D) the date of submission of the application and the signature of the applicant,
E) the list of documents attached to the application, if applicable,
F) the documentation must be accompanied by a copy of the citizen's identity document,
In addition, material submissions and correspondence will be available at the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture of Georgia twice a week - on Mondays and Thursdays.
