Owing to the funding of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, a full renovation is underway at the Telavi Vocational College - "Prestige".

Tamar Kitiashvili, Deputy Minister, together with Irakli Kadagishvili, State Representative in Kakheti Region, inspected the entire renovation procedure.

As part of the renovation, the entire building will be completely renovated, in conjunction with refurbishing the courtyard and establishing an open sports field. The building, designed for 700 people, will meet all modern international standards.

With the support of the Ministry of Education, it is also planned to build and fully equip several training workshops in the region. Once the construction and renovation works are completed, the college will establish courses, needed for the labor market and the economic development in the region, such as: agriculture, tourism and services, information technology, business administration, healthcare and many more.
