Tamar Kitiashvili, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia held a meeting with partner employers involved in the implementation of dual agricultural programs at Gori Vocational College Gantiadi. The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the existing cooperation, discuss plans and analyze the needs for the introduction of new dual programs.

According to Tamar Kitiashvili, cooperation with the business sector is essential for the development of vocational education and further employment. Involvement of farmers' associations in the implementation of dual programs is essential to promote the development of the agricultural sector. According to the Deputy Minister, Gantiadi College has the potential to offer more programs for both active farmers and young students.

Gantiadi College offers ten long-term and five short-term training programs, including three dual programs in agriculture: fruit growing, beekeeping and horticulture.
