Minister of Education and Science, Dimitri Shashkini visited Georgian State Agrarian University. Entrants were passing general ability tests there.
On July 5-6, at 09:00 a.m. the first session of the second exam began in 14 examination centers of 14 examination cities.
Competition for the grant will be held on July 7 among the students who have been enrolled in higher educational institutions and want to receive or increase the state grant. Students should pass exam in general abilities in Georgian or Russian languages in order to receive state education grant.
Current year, 40 exercises instead of 50 are given in each part of the general ability tests. Entrants have 3 hours for the tests.
Non-Georgian citizens have opportunity to pass only general ability tests in Armenian or Azerbaijanian languages in order to be enrolled in higher educational institution at Georgian language studying program according to the scaled marks of this exam. Students will be able to continue studying at desired faculty after graduation.
