From February 15, the educational process in Tbilisi, Rustavi and Kutaisi schools continues in classrooms. Ekaterine Dgebuadze, First Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, together with Gela Geladze, Head of the Resource Officer Service of the educational institution, visited 155th, 142nd and 159th public schools in Tbilisi on the day to personally inspect the schools.
Ekaterine Dgebuadze congratulated the students and teachers on their return to school and called on everyone to strictly observe the sanitary-hygienic norms and the recommendations issued by the Ministry. The First Deputy Minister noted that in order to maintain a safe educational environment in schools, it is important for members of the school community to show their share of responsibility.
Ekaterine Dgebuadze emphasized the need to prevent the spread of the virus in general education institutions and the need to protect the safety of students and school staff, for which the preparation process was active in Tbilisi, Rustavi, and Kutaisi schools for the duration of two weeks.
The visits of the First Deputy Minister, Ekaterine Dgebuadze to public schools throughout the country will continue systematically.
