Eka Ghviniashvili: “Not only do I teach at school, but I also learn from my colleagues and students. I am happy to have established cherished relationships with my students, and the fact that I contribute to their development."

In light of Covid-19 pandemic, Eka Ghviniashvili created a page on the social network: "Special Teacher's Blog", where she published the assignments prepared for the students and shared the developed material with her colleagues. Additionally, she systematically shared useful and interesting educational news.

According to Eka, teaching is a special responsibility for her and this profession, in addition to sharing knowledge and experience with students, also means taking care of one's own development.

Eka Ghviniashvili has been teaching at Tbilisi Public School No. 82 for several years now. Once the path of professional development of a special teacher and their salary policy have been defined, she has become a Senior Special Teacher and will receive a status-related renumeration from 2021 onwards.
