The National Award for Vocational Education, initiated by the Millennium Foundation and supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, is being held for the fourth time this year and is traditionally supported by the Gudavadze-Patarkatsishvili Foundation.
New categories were added to the competition this year and an independent jury will identify the winners in the following five categories: Vocational Education of the Year, Vocational Training / Vocational Training Program of the Year, Vocational Education Teacher of the Year, Vocational Education Student of the Year and Vocational Education Business Partner of the Year.
The aim of the National Vocational Education Award is to popularize vocational education and showcase successful people and organizations working in the field, as well as to inform the public about important innovations in vocational education and their interest, to acquire skills required on the labour market and to improve their qualifications for further employment.
Applications for the 2021 National Award for Vocational Education have already started. The application form can be filled out on the Foundation's official website www.millennium.org.ge. The application deadline is May 28, 2021. The winners will be announced at the annual Vocational Education Gala Awards.
