New Wave, one of the largest colleges in the country, continues to accept students for vocational education programs in Kobuleti and Khulo.
In Kobuleti, those wishing to receive vocational education have the opportunity to enroll in the following vocational programs in agriculture, tourism and services, engineering, information technology, nutrition, construction and other areas:
- Computer networks and systems;
- Information technology;
- Hotel services;
- Restaurant services;
- Culinary;
- Confectionery;
- Event Management;
- Office work;
- Financial services;
-Accounting;
- Beekeeping;
- Garden design;
- Forestry;
- Car repairs;
- Electricity;
- Operation of cranes and similar vehicles;
- Air conditioning;
- Welding;
- Painting works;
- Installation of gypsum-cardboard constructions;
- Flooring and tile works;
- Logistics;
- Artistic wood processing;
- Hair and beauty services.
In Kobuleti students can enrol in dual culinary and hotel services programs, in parallel with college, undergo practical training in the largest hotels in the region and gain hands-on work experience.
New Wave offers the following priority programs for the region for those wishing to receive vocational education in Khulo in 2021:
- Hotel services;
- Information technologies;
- Forestry;
- Beekeeping;
- Electricity.
In 2021, New Wave College will receive up to 550 students in the renovated building in Kobuleti and more than 70 in Khulo.
