Batumi State Maritime Academy has started registering the first students in Poti. 

Those wishing to receive vocational education in accordance with modern standards have the opportunity to choose and master the following professional programs in the field of navigation: 

• Crane operating programs
• Operation of the ship's deck section
• Operation of the ship's engine compartment
• Fishing boat navigation
• Port Logistics Management
• Customs case
• Operate freight logistics
• Welding programs

In 2021, the Naval Academy will receive the first 300 students in state-of-the-art study spaces, laboratories, and workshops in Poti.

Registration of applicants for vocational education continues in Batumi, where admission is announced for six vocational education programs.
