On July 4, the unified national exams in the country started with the exam of Georgian language and literature. In connection with this, the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Mikheil Chkhenkeli, addresses the participants of the exams and wished them success.
Mikheil Chkhenkeli: "Today, on July 4, unified national exams started in our country. This period is particularly important and exciting for us, because today a new, highly responsible phase of life begins for the entrants.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to the employees of the Ministry of Education and Science, the National Center for Evaluation and Examinations and the representatives of all those agencies involved in the process of organizing the examinations. It is thanks to you that a calm, comfortable and academic environment is provided for examinations throughout the country, which gives each examinee the opportunity to demonstrate his abilities to the maximum.
I would like to wish success to each entrant, participants in the student grant competition, candidates for master's degrees, and those wishing to raise the status of teachers and pedagogues!

The unified national exams of 2022 will end on July 27 with the common master's exam. 22 examination centres have been opened across the country, which will receive up to 90,000 registered examinees.
