One of the priorities of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia is to attract highly qualified and worthy personnel to the position of school principal, under conditions of healthy competition. Several important steps have been taken in this direction in recent years. Among them, the Ministry developed a new concept school management, based on which, in 2022, in cooperation with international partners, the updated standard of the school director was prepared.
