The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia - Giorgi Amilakhvari, nominated Doctor of Law, Professor - Nodar Papukashvili to the post of deputy minister, who will supervise the higher education and science departments of the Ministry.

Nodar Papukashvili has many years of experience working in the public and private sector, including in the field of education. At different times, he held the positions of the chairman of the appeals board at the National Center for the Development of the Quality of Education of the State of Ukraine and the rector of one of the private universities. He has published 14 scientific works and 3 monographs.
