The evolving vision for the development of vocational education entails the adoption of participatory management models for professional educational institutions. This approach aims to integrate businesses into the skills ecosystem, fostering better alignment with the interests of the private sector. The proposal explores various alternative approaches to achieve this goal.

As part of this initiative, the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia invites the private sector to engage in the management of professional education through the following avenues:

• Co-founding or co-investing in colleges
• Assuming management responsibilities for colleges
• Taking charge of specific directions within a college
• Conditionally managing college infrastructure or state property

Companies interested in participating are encouraged to submit written applications to the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia to express their interest in collaboration.
