Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Dimitri Shashkini held a presentation of the 2010-2015 Strategy Paper of MES firstly for the journalists.

Minister spoke about following important topics at the seminar, held in Bazaleti Tourist Complex: changes in the National Curriculum, teaching the new subjects, textbook approval new regulation, strengthened teaching of English language and IT, school branding and etc.

Minister will introduce 2010-2015 Strategy of MES to the representatives of the Government, Parliament, NGOs and international organizations, as well as parliamentary and non-parliamentary opposition in the nearest future.

Workshop was held in QA regime and journalists had opportunity to receive answers on their questions personally from the Minister of Education and Science.

In the scope of the event, Heads of National Curriculum and Assessment Center, National Center for Teacher Professional Development, National Center for Education Quality Development, National Examination Center and Education and Science Infrastructure Development Agency of MES held presentations and answered journalists’ questions as well.
