Another delegation of English language teachers arrived in Georgia in the scope of the program Teach And Learn With Georgia. 50 teachers will be distributed in the public schools of Georgia in order to teach the Georgian schoolchildren English language together with the local teachers.

This time teachers arrived from the USA, Canada, Australia and different European countries.

“I understand my responsibility. I was teaching in my country and realize the importance of correctly directing the teaching process. I will try to make little contribution in bringing up the future generation of Georgia” – noted one of the teachers.

In order to strengthen English language teaching, MES has been implementing the project Teach And Learn With Georgia since July, 2010. The project envisages recruiting 1,000 native English speakers by the end of the year. The number of teachers will increase in the coming years.

Teachers are already involved in the teaching process in the regions, villages, mountainous regions and big cities of Georgia. They have been already integrated in the society. They live in the local families free of charge. After returning to their countries foreign teachers will serve as Goodwill Ambassadors of Georgia.
