Graduation at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA)

15th award ceremony of the graduates was held at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). 146 graduates received diplomas in 7 different specialties: Public Administration, Public Policy, Self Governance and Local Governance, Media and Communication Management, Journalism and Media Management, International Politics and International Law.

Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Nodar Surguladze, the U.S. Ambassador to Georgia, John Bass, representatives of Embassies, International Organizations and Government of Georgia attended award ceremony. Among special guests were GIPA graduates.

Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) was founded in 1994 on the bases of special joint agreement between Governments of Georgia and the U.S. the aim of the Institute is to support Georgia’s formation as a democratic country through bringing up young generation.
