The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Mr. Dimitri Shashkini met the foreign teachers at the Tbilisi International Airport who arrived to Georgia in the framework of the educational program “Teach And Learn With Georgia”. 65 foreign teachers came to Georgia from USA, Canada, England, Australia, Ireland and Poland.

After passing the trainings the teachers will be distributed to the schools of west Georgia and will get involved in the education process together with the local teachers from the second semester of the academic year. In the frame of the program, foreign teachers have already entered every school of the west Georgia.

In the scope of the program “Teach and Learn with Georgia” foreign teachers will continue to arrive in Georgia in 2011 and will be distributed to schools of the east region.
