The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia clarifies the principles of division of classes at public schools and states that according to the Georgian legislation and National Curriculum public schools of Georgia have the right to divide the classes in case if the number of students in the class is over 35.
The administration of public school can divide classes during Georgian and English lessons if the number of students in the class is 25 and if the school has respective financial conditions.
The Ministry of Education and Science underlines that above mentioned issues are the competencies of the public school. The public school administration is eligible to solve the problems concerning the division of classes.
