The Head of National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement Davit Kereselidze visited the center for people with limited abilities “Tanadgoma” and congratulated 23 deaf and hearing-impaired youngsters on Epiphany. Davit Kereselidze presented them with sweets and necessary materials to work on thick felt.

The young people who work at “Tanadgoma” make centerpieces and accessories from thick felt. These handmade things are often sold at charity auctions.
