Native English Speaker Teachers continue to arrive within the frame of the educational program “Teach and Learn with Georgia”. Before the beginning of a new academic year, several groups of volunteer teachers are expected to come to Georgia, in total, up to 1500 teachers will begin their assignments.

The latest group of the volunteer teachers arrived in Georgia from the US, Canada, Great Britain and Australia.

Teachers will pass the traditional trainings before commencing their assignments. During the summer, the volunteer teachers will get involved in various educational projects, specifically; they will take part in the activities of the summer schools. From a new academic year, these teachers will be placed at secondary schools in Tbilisi, as well as in the regions of Imereti, Samegrelo, Adjara, Mtskheta-Mtianeti, Kakheti, Guria, Shida Kartli and Kvemo Kartli.

The project “Teach and Learn with Georgia” will be continued in the future as well.
