In commemoration of the national heroes, Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia hosted Ana Lagurashvili - a daughter of Captain Leri Lagurashvili, who died during Russian-Georgian War in 2008. First Deputy Minister Koka Sepherteladze awarded Ana the computer and the books.

Ana is a second grader and she studies well at the school.

Captain Leri Lagurashvili served as a doctor in the army and has saved the lives of many warriors during the war.

“Society should always remember the national heroes and pay respect to them”, said Koka Sepherteladze. He also wished success to Ana, who plans to become a doctor like his father.
