President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili congratulated the schoolchildren on beginning of new school year and visited the classroom that is equipped with modern technologies at Tbilisi Experimental School №1. The classroom has been renovated and equipped by the company Geocell. It is provided with modern technological equipments. Teachers will be able to monitor the working process of the schoolchildren virtually.

In multifunctional classrooms the lessons of English, Georgian, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Geography, and Geometry can be conducted.

During the lessons virtual labs and learning tools can also be used. The schoolchildren will be able to save the electronic versions of the lessons. Teachers will have the opportunity to present new materials effectively by using high quality virtual and audio systems.

President congratulated the first graders on the beginning of new academic year. He also visited English language classroom and spoke with volunteer teacher Christopher Minora who is co-teaching English language with Georgian counterpart from the 1^st grade at Tbilisi Experimental School №1.  First graders have been provided with net-books “Buki”. Special educational programs and cognitive games are installed in these net-books.
