A new School has been built in the village of Jakhunderi, Lentekhi municipality. The Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Nodar Surguladze, visited the new school.
This new school, built to accomodate 100 schoolchildren, was constructed in compliance with modern standards. The school’s science lab has been equipped in by the program “Einstein,” and also has a modern computer lab and library.
Previous building of Jakhunderi School were built in the 1930's. Later the building became amortized and the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia decided to build new school in the village. Beginning with the new academic year, the schoolchildren of Jakhunderi will study in this modern educational environment.
