Examination program encompasses several directions: legislative base, organization of the teaching process and curriculum related assessment, school financial management, logical thinking and human management.
Contestants are given 1 hour and 30 minutes for the electronic examination. Along with acting school principles, citizens with higher education diplomas and with no prior working experience in school principle position are welcome to apply.
School principle selection contest will be performed in two stages. After successful completion of the computerized examination in the first stage, principle candidates will go through interview process. Each of the candidates will have to make presentation to the selection board manned with MES representatives.
Successful candidates who pass the both stages of the selection process will receive specific certificate with authentication of principle candidate status valid for 7 years. Upon Minister’s decree the candidates will be proposed for the vacant school principle positions, after that it is the responsibility of the school board to make nominations.
