Center for Professional Retraining is being constucted in Gldani

On the initiative of
the President of Georgia, a Center for Professional Retraining is being constucted
in Gldani. The Minister, Dimitri Shashkini observed the ongoing constuction
works on site today.
A new college will start functioning from the next academic year under the patronage of the President of Georgia.
The new institution will offer the following specialties: construction technique, operator, electrician, sewing specialist, accountant, etc. The college will admit any interested person irrespective of his/her age.
The college will be equipped with up-to-date facilities and staffed with qualified personnel.
The
aim of launching of such institution is to retrain the population in outskirt
of Tbilisi.
Enhancing the vocational education is one of the priorities of the Ministry, in
this regard, the Ministry is implementing various reforms, including upgrading
the infrastructure and retraining the personnel.
