Minister of Agriculture met with the participants of Summer Jobs program

In the scope of the program “Summer Jobs”, Ministry of Agriculture will employ 300 students. Today, Minister of Agriculture Zaza Kartozia, First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Akaki Sepherteladze together with students visited green-house in village Tserovani.

Minister Zaza Gorozia talked to students about the future projects in the agricultural system.  In his presentation, Minister highlighted the importance of qualified personnel in agriculture.

This President-initiated program for students’ employment, “Summer Jobs,” will begin in all regions of Georgia on July 20, and will last till August 20. All bachelor students of authorized higher education institutions of Georgia are able to take part in this students’ employment program. In the scope of the program, 25,000 students will have a chance to work in summer jobs. Their salary will be 500 GEL.
