Third Day of High School Leaving Exams

Today, 12th graders are taking high school leaving exam in History. This time, Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Dimitri Shashkini observed the process of examination at Private School “Olympi”.
12th graders will take exams in 5 more subjects: Geography (May 24), Physics (May 25), Chemistry (May 28), Biology (May 29) and Math. Minimal competency level in all subjects – 5,5 has been defined with the decree of the Minister.
The twelfth graders take exams in the format of the CAT system with the computers. All schools throughout Georgia have been technically prepared for High School Leaving Exams. Educational Management Information System (EMIS) technically supports the process of examination.
Any interested person can watch the high school exams online via the official web site of the EMIS under Ministry. (www.facebook.com/emis.ge). Video cams have been installed at all schools to make the examinations process transparent.
