Results of 5 exams
25.05.2012
The first week of the CAT exams is over. 42 000 schoolchildren took exams in Georgian language and literature, foreign languages, geography, history and physics.

The results are as follows:

  • Only 5% of the schoolchildren were not able to cross the minimal competency level;
  • 90% of non Georgian students received high scores in Georgian language;
  • Only 2% of the schoolchildren failed in English exam.

Compared to previous year, the average score of the exams is higher (8 point). Only 10% of the non-Georgian schoolchildren were not able to cross the minimum competency level. This means that the “Georgia for Future Success” program, initiated by the President proved to be productive.

The exam process went without complications.

12th graders will take exams in 6 more subjects: Chemistry (May 28), Biology (May 29), and Math (May 30).
