From the new academic year, the following categories will be supplied with the free textbooks:  the schoolchildren from socially vulnerable families, the children of those citizens who were diseased in the war of 2008 and the children of big families.  At the same time, the textbooks will be provided to those schoolchildren, whose siblings study in the same school and whose families do not fall under the category of tax payers.

The schoolchildren from 1^st to 12^th grades will get the free textbooks before the beginning of a new academic year. Before that, their parents shall get registered in those schools where their children study. 

The parent of those schoolchildren, who fall under category of below poverty line, shall submit the reference letter issued by the social protection agency to the respective school before July 15^th.
