Today, the Minister, Dimitri Shashkini and Deputy Justice Minister, Giorgi Vashadze visited the construction site and met the newly employed students.
“Spectri” is a multi-profile institution, and up to 800 persons pursue various specialties there, among them are students from socially vulnerable families who got funding as a part of the President initiated voucher finance program.
The college has been renovated recently, classrooms of the new courses are equipped with the latest simulators of Caterpillar and the modern welding devises of Lincoln Electric. Unique technique that has no analogue in Georgia was purchased in the scope of the USAID Vocational Education project.
Following education programs operate in “Spectri”: road builder, carpenter, bricklayer, plasterer, sanitary-engineer, circuit installer of lightning and power mains, auto mechanic, refrigerating system and air conditioning system technician, IT operator, accountant-book keeper, office manager, personal computer server and etc.
“Spectri” cooperates with Georgian and foreign businessmen, development companies, producers and other sectors. Partners and potential employers of “Spectri” are: Georgian Employers Association, Roads Department of Georgia, company “Apek Service”, Road Company “Tbilisi, “Casper Georgia” and etc.
