2012 national exams will be conducted in the examinations centers located in Batumi, Poti, Zugdidi, Ozurgeti, Kutaisi, Akhaltsikhe, Gori, Tbilisi, Rustavi, Telavi, Signagi and Khulo. 5 centers will be opened in Tbilisi.
Today, Deputy Minister, Giorgi Chakhnashvili, Director of the National Unified Center, Khatia Dekanoidze and representatives of Tbilisi Mayor’s office and police visited the examination center at Tbilisi public school №175.
Preparatory works began in the school last month. The school was supplied with video apparatus, and other appropriate equipments. By June 20th, the center will be fully ready to receive the entrants.
Tbilisi Mayor’s office will take various measures to ensure a smooth administration of the exams. For example, the office will provide the perimeter security, mobilize the emergency services, ect,. The police will ensure that the exams are conducted in a safe and secure environment.
Other public institutions will also be providing respective assistance to the Ministry in the process of administering the exams.
Up to 20 000 entrants have registered in 5 examinations center located in Tbilisi.
