12^th graders will be able to receive the cards at their schools while high school graduates of previous year along with teachers will get the examination cards at regional Education Resource Offices. Master Degree candidates and those students who want to improve their grants can obtain cards at their higher education institutions.

The examination card contains the information of examination center, the date of each exam and registration time. Before each exam examinees should present the examination cards along with their IDs at the entrance of the examination center and then pass the registration. In case of late appearance, the examinees will be terminated.
