Awarding of successful schoolchildren continue

Today, the schoolchildren of Shida Kartli received a gift from the President. Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Nodar Surguladze, presented 31 schoolchildren of Shida Kartli public schools with personal computers. 

These schoolchildren have completed a basic level of education with honors in 2012. Around 1022 successful schoolchildren across Georgia will be awarded the computers this year. 

This initiative is being implemented as a part of the President’s national program and aims at encouraging and supporting the successful schoolchildren and increasing an access to modern technologies. 

Schoolchildren, who have completed a basic level of education with honors, became beneficiaries of the above mentioned program for 2012.

Such kind of projects will be continues in the future as well.
