The Minister of Education and
Science of Georgia, Dimitri Shashkini and the Director of National Examinations
Center, Khatia Dekanoidze, closely observed the process of exam in Tbilisi
Public School #175. The first exam was organized in Georgian Language and
Literature and 16575 entrants took part in it.
The schedule of the exams is as follows:
- 28 and 29 June (first session, second session) –
Georgian language and literature
- 2 July ( second session) – foreign language (
German )
- 2,3, 4 July – ( second session) – foreign
language (English)
- 5 July ( second session) - foreign language (
French)
- 6 July ( first session) – literature
- 6 July ( students’ grant competition)
- 9 and 10 July ( first session, second session)-
general ability test
- 11 July (second session) – geography
- 12 July ( first session) – physics;
- 16 July (first session, second session – history
- 17 July (first session, second session)- math
- 18 July ( second session) – biology
- 19 July ( first session) – chemistry
35000 entrants are taking Unified Entry Exams for 2012. On
28 June, 17 exams center were opened in 12 cities throughout Georgia. The exams are organized in two sessions. In
case of late appearance, the examinees will be terminated.
Exact and Natural Science subjects are among the most
demanded specialties this year. These are the priority fields of the
Ministry.
