A special commission comprised of well-known designers, painters etc. selected best 20 authors on November 28.

The winners were awarded with E-readers (Kindle). Designers will create a new uniform for resource officers according to their designs.

Office of Resource Officers of Educational Institutions announced the competition on a new uniform on November 12. According to the competition rules, every student of public and private schools was able to participate. Approximately 1000 applications were submitted from Tbilisi schools as well as from the regions.
