School-leaving
exams 2012-2013 will be conducted in two stages according to model 4+4 in
general education schools of Georgia. The first stage starts on February 15 and
ends on March 1, 2013 and the period for the second stage is from May 20 to May
29, 2013.
Schools make decision on how the exam will be conducted in certain subject and the timeline for the exams.
Senior pupils and persons who were unable to get a certificate for secondary level of complete general education are eligible for school-leaving exams.
A person who has passed secondary level of complete general education, but has not been able/has not passed exams, shall be able to register only at schools where he/she has passed secondary level of complete general education. He/she shall be able to pass exams in (8) subjects on the initial stage.
Schools shall further provide information on pupils and extern exams.
