The guidebook was written in the framework of joint project “Sport for Pupils with Special Educational Needs” between the United Nations Children’s Fund and the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. Aforementioned project is being implemented with the financial support of UNICEF.
The guidebook covers the topics of integration of the pupils with special educational needs in the sport classes, learning strategies and the role and responsibility of teachers of sport classes. Special chapter is devoted to adaptive sport issues and moving games designed for pupils with special educational needs. The guidebook is annexed with discussions of specific cases and small terminological vocabulary. The publication will be presented to all schools in Georgia.
