The Winner was Presented with a Laptop

A 12th grader of Tbilisi #54 public school Tinatin Kipiani was selected as a winner for the best slogan - “Youth without Loss”.  Minister of Education and Science Dimitri Shashkini with the first Deputy Minister of the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia David Sakvarelidze visited #54 public school and rewarded the winner with a laptop.

The Ministry of Education and Science and the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia announced a competition to identify the best slogan for Juvenile Crime Prevention campaign on 1, February. Almost all schoolchildren from the different regions of Georgia took part in the competition. “Youth without Loss” was selected as the best motto. 5 more slogans out of 50 were also chosen in order to use them in the different activities for Juvenile Crime Prevention campaign.

 2010 year was announced as the year of Juvenile Crime Prevention and safe school by the Ministry of Education and Science and the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia, therefore different interesting meetings, competitions and discussions are being planned throughout the whole year.  Public Prosecutor’s Office will still carry on the project envisaging giving prosecutors’ lectures on legal issues at schools. All activities will be held within the framework of the best winning slogan.
