The Minister meets with the representatives of Diplomatic Corps and Non-governmental Organizations

The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashivli held a meeting with the ambassadors accredited in Georgia, representatives of diplomatic corps and non-governmental organizations. The meeting was arranged with the initiative of the Minister. The diplomatic corps was informed on current processes taking place in Georgian Education system, already accomplished novelties and future plans.  

The guests were provided with detailed information regarding the events around Agrarian University by Minister Margvelashvili and Elene Jibladze, Head of National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. They answered the questions of the guests.

Ambassadors of the Republics of Italy and Latvia, Deputy Ambassadors of the United States, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Turkey, representatives of the Embassies of the Republic of France, the Republic Romania, the Republic of Estonia, Israel, the Kingdom of Netherlands, the Republic of Poland and Armenia attended the meeting. 

Heads and representatives from Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association, International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy, Human Rights Priority, Transparency International Georgia, the International Institute for Education Policy, Planning and Management, School, Gamily, Society, and the Office of Public Defender were among the invited guests.
